These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shop Blank Apparel website and any purchases made through our store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian or Québec law.

1. About Shop Blank Apparel

Shop Blank Apparel is a Canadian online retailer of blank apparel and related products.

Orders are sold by Shop Blank Apparel and may be fulfilled through third-party Canadian distribution partners with fulfillment facilities in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver.

These third-party fulfillment facilities are not Shop Blank Apparel business locations and are not open to customers.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, inventory information, and specifications accurate.

However, product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

Because inventory is supplied through third-party distribution partners, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If this occurs, Shop Blank Apparel may:

• Refund the unavailable item
• Offer an alternative product with your approval
• Place the item on backorder where available
• Cancel the affected portion of the order

We will not substitute a materially different product without informing you.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will normally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where applicable.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraud
• Payment authorization problems
• Technical errors
• Shipping limitations
• Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments are handled through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

Shop Blank Apparel does not directly store complete credit card information on its own servers.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping is available in accordance with our current Shipping Policy.

Orders may be fulfilled from one or more third-party Canadian fulfillment facilities depending on product availability.

When an order is split between multiple fulfillment facilities, shipping charges may be calculated separately for each facility.

Shipping rates, available destinations, cutoff times, carriers, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our current Refund Policy.

Approved return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless another timeframe applies to a defect, missing item, incorrect item, or other specific claim.

A 25% restocking fee applies to approved standard returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

All returns require authorization before merchandise is sent back.

8. Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Defective merchandise must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect or missing items should also be reported promptly using the instructions provided in that policy.

We may request photographs, product information, tracking information, or other reasonable documentation to investigate a claim.

9. Product Colour, Sizing, and Manufacturer Variations

Shop Blank Apparel sources products from manufacturers and third-party distribution partners.

Manufacturers may change product specifications, colours, fabrics, sizing, construction, labels, packaging, or country of origin without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and information accurately. However, actual colours may vary because of:

• Screen settings
• Lighting
• Photography
• Dye-lot differences
• Manufacturing tolerances

Manufacturer sizing charts are provided as general guidance. Minor variations in garment measurements may occur.

Product images are intended to represent the merchandise but minor differences in stitching, labels, packaging, construction, or shade may occur.

Normal manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the use of the product are not necessarily considered defects.

10. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Shipping address
• Billing information
• Product selections
• Sizes
• Colours
• Quantities

Orders may be transmitted quickly to third-party fulfillment partners.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an address, product, quantity, or other order detail can be changed after the order has been placed.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact shopblankapparel@gmail.com so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your financial institution or payment provider.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is submitted, Shop Blank Apparel may provide the payment provider with relevant order records, tracking information, customer communications, delivery confirmation, policies, and other documentation necessary to respond to the claim.

12. Website Use

You may not use the Shop Blank Apparel website to:

• Commit fraud
• Submit false information
• Interfere with website security
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information
• Introduce malicious code
• Violate applicable laws
• Abuse or misuse our services

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or our systems.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Shop Blank Apparel website, branding, written content, graphics, layouts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Shop Blank Apparel.

Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Content from our website may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission where such permission is required.

14. Third-Party Services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, distribution partners, carriers, analytics services, and other technology providers.

Some website features or services may therefore depend on systems operated by third parties.

Shop Blank Apparel is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shop Blank Apparel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products purchased through it.

We are also not responsible for delays or losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Force Majeure

Shop Blank Apparel will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier interruptions
• Transportation disruptions
• Labour disputes
• Supply-chain interruptions
• Government actions
• Power or internet outages
• Major technology failures
• Public emergencies

Where such an event occurs, fulfillment or delivery timelines may be reasonably extended.

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review that policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Material updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply based on the circumstances of a transaction.
